Access Authorization from Case Management Sub-Tab

  1. Access the Patient Chart.
  2. Select the Patient Information tab and then the Case Management sub-tab.
  3. Select and open a case.
    The Case Management window opens.
  4. Select the Financial tab.
  5. In the Payers for this Case section, select an insurance.
  6. Do one of the following:
    • Select Open Menu and then select Authorizations.
    • Right-click and then select Authorizations.
    The Authorization Listing window opens.
