Login Id	User ID	Logon Name field
User ID	Internal user ID that is automatically assigned when the user is created.	User ID field
Enterprise	Enterprise that the user is in.	NextGen System Administrator Directory
Practice	Practice that the user is in.	NextGen System Administrator Directory
Group	Lists the groups that the user is a member of.	NextGen System Administrator Directory
Hid	Indicates with Y or N whether the user is deactivated.	Names in the Deactivated Users bin in the NextGen System Administrator directory.

Generate a User Listing Report

The User Listing report lists all the users in each enterprise and practice combination and which security groups they are assigned to. On the Reports menu, select Users List. The Report Filter window displays the following filter options: Columns, Filter 2, Sorting, Totals, and Practices. The Filter 1 option is not available because it is not applicable to this report. For each filter option, select the filter settings to determine the information the report will contain. Select Options to set how numbers will display and the print orientation Select Head/Foot to change the report header and footer information . Select OK. The User Listing report opens.
