User Name	User's last name	Last Name field
Login Id	User ID	Logon Name field
User ID	Internal user ID that is automatically assigned when the user is created.	User ID field
Enterprise	Enterprise that the user is in.	NextGen System Administrator Directory
Practice	Practice that the user is in.	NextGen System Administrator Directory
Group	Lists the groups that the user is a member of.	NextGen System Administrator Directory
Hid	Indicates with Y or N whether the user is deactivated.	Names in the Deactivated Users bin in the NextGen System Administrator directory.

Generate a User Listing Report

The User Listing report lists all the users in each enterprise and practice combination and which security groups they are assigned to. On the Reports menu, select Users List. The Report Filter window displays the following filter options: Columns, Filter 2, Sorting, Totals, and Practices. The Filter 1 option is not available because it is not applicable to this report. For each filter option, select the filter settings to determine the information the report will contain. Select Options to set how numbers will display and the print orientation Select Head/Foot to change the report header and footer information . Select OK. The User Listing report opens. Group Listing Report Columns

The report uses the information from System Administrator to list the following information: Column Description Data Originates From MODULES/OPERATIONS Lists the associated Enterprise, Practice, and Group names in addition to whether the permission is under MODULES or OPERATIONS in the permissions list. Enterprise, Practice, and Group names come from the System Administrator directory. Module/Operation data comes from the Rights tab. Parent Level Security Name of the first level of the permission subgroup. Rights tab Child Level Security Name of the second level of the permission subgroup. Rights tab Access Rights Indicates with Y or N whether the group members can perform the Operation-level actions. Generate a Group Listing Report

The Group Listing report lists all the user groups and permissions of each group from System Administrator. On the Reports menu, select Groups List. The Report Filter window displays the following filter options: Columns, Filter 2, Sorting, Totals, and Practices. Users Table Columns

Column Description Username The unique name the user uses to login. First Name The user's first (given) name. Last Name The user's last (family) name. Email The e-mail address of the user. When sending an alert to a user, this e-mail address is used. Country The user's country of residence. State/Territory For residence of the United States, the state or territory where the user lives. Phone Number The user's phone number. Organization The user's organization. Role The role of the user at their organization (such as C-Suite, Employee - Engineer, Independent Contractor). Business The user's work field / industry (such as HIE, Hospital, Lab). Last Login The date and time of the user's last successful login. Description A description or additional details for the user. Generate Service Package Library Listing Report

To generate the Service Package Library Listing report, do the following: In File Maintenance, select Libraries and then select Service Package. The Service Package List window opens. From the list, select a library and then do one of the following: Select open menu and then select Print > Service Package Library Listing. Right-click the library and then select Print > Service Package Library Listing. The NextGen Report Filter: Service Package Library Listing window opens.
