Group Listing Report Columns

Column	Description	Data Originates From
MODULES/OPERATIONS	Lists the associated Enterprise, Practice, and Group names in addition to whether the permission is under MODULES or OPERATIONS in the permissions list.	Enterprise, Practice, and Group names come from the System Administrator directory. Module/Operation data comes from the Rights tab.
Parent Level Security	Name of the first level of the permission subgroup.	Rights tab
Child Level Security	Name of the second level of the permission subgroup.	Rights tab
Access Rights	Indicates with Y or N whether the group members can perform the Operation-level actions.	Rights tab
View/ Add/ Update/ Delete/ Print	Indicates with Y or N whether the group members can perform the Module-level actions.	Rights tab

Generate a Group Listing Report

The Group Listing report lists all the user groups and permissions of each group from System Administrator. On the Reports menu, select Groups List. The Report Filter window displays the following filter options: Columns, Filter 2, Sorting, Totals, and Practices. To set the report criteria, select each filter option and select the filter settings. Select Options to set how numbers will display and the print orientation.
