Search for a Service Item

  1. On the left side of the Service Item Maintenance window, place your cursor in the Search field.
  2. If you want to see the entire list of service item members, enter an asterisk (*).
  3. Enter the code.
    The first matching code in the list is highlighted. The information for the selected code is automatically added to the appropriate fields on the Service Item Library Maintenance window.
