Search for Items in a List

When a List window is open in File Maintenance, you can use the List Search field to locate an existing item in the list.

In the List Search field, enter the first few characters of the list item name.
The associated item is highlighted in the display area.
To see a complete list, enter an asterisk (*) in the List Search box.

Note: By default, only the first 20 items display in a list.
