Restricting Access to File Maintenance
You must have the appropriate security permissions that enable you to sign on to File Maintenance. You can set the security permissions in System Administrator. If a group has the MODULES > File Maintenance > View access right not checked and the OPERATIONS > File Maintenance > Access Rights set to No, then the users in the group cannot access File Maintenance from NextGen® Enterprise PM or from the Application Launcher. Set Up a Document Type to Print Images With Claims
