Exit File Maintenance

Print the File Maintenance Window

Restricting Access to File Maintenance
You must have the appropriate security permissions that enable you to sign on to File Maintenance. You can set the security permissions in System Administrator. If a group has the MODULES > File Maintenance > View access right not checked and the OPERATIONS > File Maintenance > Access Rights set to No, then the users in the group cannot access File Maintenance from NextGen® Enterprise PM or from the Application Launcher. Layout of File Maintenance
When you start File Maintenance, the File Maintenance window opens. Only the products that you are licensed for appear below the System in List Launcher. The File Maintenance window consists of the following parts: Menu bar: The menu near the top of the window provides access to all parts of File Maintenance, including the Code Tables, Libraries, Master Files, and Master Lists, some reports, and specific downloadable data. Enterprise and Practice selectors: Located below the menu bar, the Enterprise and Practice selectors enable you to select the enterprise and practice combination that you want to enter information for. You can select a combination other than the one you are logged into. The lists in the selectors contain only the enterprises and practices that you have security permissions to access. Access the System Master Files

Access Lens Maintenance Master File
