Activate Practice Access to the Payer Master File

In File Maintenance select Master Files > System > Enterprises The Enterprises List window opens. To access your enterprise, double-click the applicable enterprise. The Modify Enterprise Information window opens. Select Preferences. The Enterprise Preferences window opens. Select the Practice access for payer master file check box. Select OK. Task Practice Preferences

You can select the fields on the Task Info tab in NextGen® Enterprise PM that are required or have default settings. When a user opens a task or when the task status is set to be completed, selected fields are displayed as required for all task types on Required tab of the Task Type master file. Enable Programs

Open NextGen® Enterprise PM. From the Admin menu, select Preferences, and then Practice. The Practice Preferences window opens. From the Preference List, select Programs. Select Reason Codes Options in Practice Preferences

You can select reason codes options in the Transactions practice preference. Do one of the following: In NextGen® Enterprise PM, select Admin > Preferences > Practice. In File Maintenance, select Master Files > System > Practices. Double-click the practice, and then select Preferences. The Practice Preferences window opens. In Preference List, select Transactions.
