Merge Demographics Templates in File Maintenance

If your facility uses bothNextGen® Enterprise PMandNextGen® Enterprise EHR, you are required to select which specificNextGen® Enterprise EHRDemographic Templates from the patient's chart to keep during the merge process. When duplicate patients are merged, allNextGen® Enterprise EHRMedical Records Templates for both patients are automatically merged along with all other applicable patient data. The retained record does not include demographic information from the merged patient record. Follow the steps for merging person data.
