When a process converts an encounter status from In Progress to Unbilled, the Encounter Status Change significant event records the status change. The event displays on the Balance Control and the Encounter Insurance Selection windows as Encounter Status Change - Encounter: <encounter number> from: <previous status> to <current status>.

Duplicate Person Screen Bypassed | Creates a person-level significant event when a user does any of the following on thePotential Duplicate Persondialog box: Selects theIgnorebutton, and then selectsOKon the confirmation message. Closes thePotential Duplicate Persondialog box by selecting theXon the upper-right or by another method, but then selectsOKon the message anyway to confirm the changes for the duplicate person. If the user selectsCancelon the message, the person is not created and neither is the significant event. Selects theOverridebutton to override the security that prevents some users from creating duplicate persons. This feature is controlled by the Create Duplicate Persons operations-level security right. The significant event tracks the names of the person created and of the user who created him or her. When a user overrides the security, the event adds the textThe duplicate person screen was bypassed by overriding the security: <Last, First Names of the overriding user>in the Pre Mod column of the Significant Events report. Enterprise Batch Grouping Completed | Tracks when batch groupings are completed. When the last practice batch is posted inNextGen® Enterprise PM, the enterprise grouping is set to completed, and it is removed from view. |
Enterprise Batch Grouping Created | Tracks when users create batch groupings. The significant event includes the practice that the grouping was created in and the user who created it. |

Merge People | Records a person merge when the merge type is set to Enterprise and the database contains only one enterprise. Page Deleted | Creates a Document Management related significant event when a page from a document is deleted. The Page Deleted significant event displays only on the Significant Event report. |
Page Hidden | Creates aNextGen® Document Managementrelated significant event when a page is hidden from a document. The Page Hidden significant events display only on the Significant Event report. |

Claim Created | Logs when a claim was created, when batch claims are printed, whether the claim was clean or dirty, the payer, and the media type. |

At that point, all recall plans in the batch no longer qualify for a letter. |

Statements Printed | Tracks when statements are printed in batch or on-demand and the user answersYesto the prompt "Did the statements print correctly?" The event tracks last "next statement" date, new next statement date, demand or batch mode, and whether "Generate Statement Next Run" is either on or off. |

Unposted Transaction Modified | Tracks when any of the following fields are modified for an unposted transaction in Payment Entry:

Person/Patient Lookup Criteria | Displays the patient records that users have searched for. If the event is enabled, then when you search for a person or patient, the application records the search criteria. For example, if you search for John Doe with a birthdate of 01/01/1950, the following event is recorded: (Last): Doe, (First/Preferred Name): John, (DOB): 01/01/1950 |
Reports Ran By User | Creates a practice-level significant event to track the details of report generation every time a user runs a report. The Significant Event message contains the following information: User who ran the report. Date and time that the report completed. The Filter Criteria used to run the report (as printed in the report footer) displays in thePost Modcolumn. |
Security Item Modified | Tracks security rights that are modified for user groups in the System Administrator application. The information is recorded as a system-level significant event in the format ofSecurity Item Modified, Group: <group name>, along with whether it is an Operations or Modules right, the security right name, its previous and current settings, and the user who made the change. |
Service Item Modified | Tracks all pricing updates made to SIMs that result from SIM Pricing Templates. The detail that this significant event logs includes the SIM Library Configuration applied, who performed the update, and when it occurred. In addition to updates initiated by users, the tracking includes changes made by SIM Pricing Template Updates in NextGen BBP. You can view significant events of this type in the Service Item library >Notes/Significant Eventstab. |
