Group Medications By Payer, Problem, and Practice Interface

  1. From the Master Files - System list, select Medication Tasks.
    The Medications Task window opens.

  2. Under Medications Tasks, select Medications By Payer, Medications By Problem, or Medications By Practice Interface.
    The Manage Medications By Payer/Problem/Practice Interface window opens.
  3. In the Search for Item field, depending on what you selected in the previous step, type the beginning of the name or the whole name of the payer, problem, or practice interface.
  4. Select Search.
    The Results list displays the items that match what you typed.

  5. In the Results list, select a problem.
  6. In the Search for Medication field, type the beginning of medication name, and then select Search.
    The Med Search Results list displays the medications that match what you typed.

  7. To add a medication, select the medication in the Med Search Results list, and then use the arrows to move it to the Medication List.
  8. To remove a medication, select the medication in the Medication List, and then use the arrows to move it to the Med Search Results list.
  9. Select Save.
