Access the Immunizations Practice Preferences

In File Maintenance, select System > Practices > Preferences. The Practices List window opens. Locate and then double-click your practice. The Modify Practice Information window opens. Select the Default VIS Category

You can select your practice's default VIS category so that you can view a patient's VIS documents by selecting the default category on the Categories tab. Access the Immunizations Practice Preferences. Select the VIS category from the Default VIS Category list. Select OK at the bottom of the Imm tab. Disable the Automatic Display of the Vaccine Allergy Review

When administering immunizations, an Allergy Review window automatically displays to enable you to view and verify a patient's allergies. You can disable the automatic display of this window. Access the Immunizations Practice Preferences. In the top section of the Immunizations tab, select the Disable Allergies Review before Ordering check box. Select OK at the bottom of the Imm tab. Disable the Display of the Immunization Registry Tab

When accessing Immunization schedules, the Registry tab automatically appears. If your practice is not currently accessing data from registries, you can disable the display of this tab. Access the Immunizations Practice Preferences. Clear the Show Registry History and Forecast tab check box. Select OK at the bottom of the Imm tab. Configure Allergy Check for Immunization Order Items

In File Maintenance, you can configure the enabling and disabling of the Allergy Review window for immunization order items. Open File Maintenance. Under Master Files, select EHR, and then select Practices.The Practices List window opens. Double-click a practice name.The Modify Practice Information window opens. Select Preferences.The Practice Preferenceswindow opens. Under Preference List, select Orders Module, and then select the Imm tab.
