The User Image Description master file provides a list of image descriptions in the database in relation to each specific NextGen user. The Images table is user-defined.
To modify a user image description, perform the following steps:
From the List Access dialog box, select a user name in the list, select the Open Menu button, then select Open.
The Modify Image Description Information window displays.

User
Displays the user name you selected.
Description
Displays any previously entered descriptions.
Do one of the following:
To add a new description, select the Open Menu button, then select New.
To modify a description, select the item in the list, select the Open Menu button, then select Open.
The cursor appears on a blank line in the Description list.
