Add a New Online Profile

When you create a new profile, you can add users or groups of users to the profile. You can also apply the Do Not Reply feature to the profile.

  1. Open the Online Profiles window.
  2. Select Add Profile. You can also select New Online Profile from the Actions menu.
    A new profile opens with the default name New Online Profile.

  3. Perform the following actions:
    1. Enter a name for the profile.
    2. Select individual users or groups of users. You can also search for users if required .
      • To select all users and groups, right-click in the users and groups list and select Select All.
      • To clear all check boxes for users and groups, right-click in the users and groups list and select Select None.
    3. Select the Do not allow patients to reply check box to enable the Do Not Reply feature.
  4. Select Save.
