You can make a copy of an existing profile and modify it to create a new online profile by:
Adding or removing users and groups
Changing the Do Not Reply option
Open the Online Profiles window.
Right-click the profile name, and then select Copy <profile name>.
Note: You can also select the profile name and select Copy <profile name> from the Actions menu.
A new profile opens in the left pane.
Perform any or all of the following actions:
Change the profile name.
Add users or user groups that you want to designate as members of the profile. You can also search for users or user groups by typing the first, last, or the partial name in the Search user and groups field and selecting Search.
To select all users and groups, right-click in the users and groups list, and then select Select All.
To clear all check boxes for users and groups, right-click in the users and groups list, and then select Select None.
Clear the check boxes for users and groups that you do not want to designate as members of the profile.
Select the Do not allow patients to reply check box to enable the Do Not Reply feature. If you want to turn off the Do Not Reply feature, clear the Do not allow patients to reply check box.
