To create a new library, select open menu , and then select New.
To modify an existing library, select the library from the list, and then select open menu , and then select Open.
The Crosswalk Library Search window opens.
In Search Method, select one of the following:
To search for a crosswalk using the anesthesia CPT code, select Anes. Code (default).
To search for a crosswalk using the description of the anesthesia CPT code, selectAnes. Description.
To search for a crosswalk using the surgical procedure CPT code, select Surg. Code.
To search for a crosswalk using the description of the surgical procedure CPT code, selectSurg. Description.
Select Search for keyphrase anywhere in the item to search for the text entered in Type the first letter(s) of the item you want to locate in the line item.
In Type the first letter(s) of the item you want to locate, do one of the following:
If you are searching through Anes Code or Surg Code, enter the CPT code.
If you are searching through Anes Description or Surg Description, enter the CPT description.
The first line item, or row, that matches the search criteria is highlighted at the bottom of the window.
