In File Maintenance, select
Libraries

.
To open the library, select the library type.
The
List
window opens.
Do one of the following:
To add a new item, select
Open Menu
, and then select
New
.
To modify an existing item, select the item in the list, select
Open Menu
, and then select
Open
. You can also double-click to open the item.

Open the Libraries
In File Maintenance, select Libraries > System. Select one of the library types. The List window displays the libraries for the selected library type. Do one of the following: To add a new item, select open menu button , and then select New. To modify an existing item, select the item in the list, select open menu button and then select Open. Provide Practice Access for Libraries
In File Maintenance, select Libraries, and then select the library. The List window opens. Select the library, and then select the open menu button. Select Practice Access. The Library Access by Practice window opens. Select the practices to provide access to the library. Note: If you assign a practice to a library in the Libraries Practice Preferences, you cannot remove the practice access for that library. Select OK. Parent topic: Libraries

Copy Libraries
In File Maintenance, select Libraries, and then select the library. Right-click the library, and then select Copy. The Copy Library window opens. Enter the name of the new library. Select OK. Parent topic: Libraries

Open Lists in File Maintenance
You can open a list in several ways. To open a list in File Maintenance do one of the following: From the List Launcher, select Code Tables or Master Lists. From the List Launcher, select Libraries or one of the icons under Master Files. Select an icon. Make a selection from the File Maintenance menu. The associated List window opens. Note: If you open a list and nothing appears, there might be too many items to list. In the List Search field, enter the desired list. Add a Service Swap Library
Open File Maintenance. Select Libraries, and then Service Swap. The Service Swap List window opens. Select the open menu icon, and then select New. The Service Swap window opens.
