Copy Libraries
If you have library records with similarities, you can copy the original library and give it a new name. For example, if you have two Medicare plans that are similar, you can set up one and then make a copy of it. The copy can then be modified with the changes for the second plan. In File Maintenance, select Libraries and select the library. Select the library to be copied and then select open menu button or right-click to display the menu options. Select the Copy option.
