Copy Libraries

If you have library records with similarities, you can copy the original library and give it a new name. For example, if you have two Medicare plans that are similar, you can set up one and then make a copy of it. The copy can then be modified with the changes for the second plan. In File Maintenance, select Libraries and select the library. Select the library to be copied and then select open menu button or right-click to display the menu options. Select the Copy option. The Copy Library window opens. Enter the name of the new library. Select OK. Parent topic: Libraries

Open Lists in File Maintenance

You can open a list in several ways. To open a list in File Maintenance do one of the following: From the List Launcher, select Code Tables or Master Lists. From the List Launcher, select Libraries or one of the icons under Master Files. Select an icon. Make a selection from the File Maintenance menu. The associated List window opens. Note: If you open a list and nothing appears, there might be too many items to list. In the List Search field, enter the desired list. In the List Search field, enter asterisk * to list all the items. Parent topic: Using Lists

Add a Service Swap Library

Open File Maintenance. Select Libraries, and then Service Swap. The Service Swap List window opens. Select the open menu icon, and then select New. The Service Swap window opens. Select the open menu icon, select New. The Add Service Swap Info window opens. Add the new service swap combination, and then select OK Parent topic: Service Swap Library

Change Lists in File Maintenance

You can open another list without closing the current List window. Each type of List has a drop-down field located at the top of its list window. Select the field at the top of the List window, then select a different list. Note: The item list updates to display the items for the selected list. Parent topic: Using Lists

Add or Modify a Service Package Library

Open File Maintenance. Select Libraries, and then Service Package. The Service Package List window opens. Do one of the following: To create a library, select open menu button and select New. The Add Service Package window opens. To modify a library, select it from the list and then select open menu button and select Open. The Service Package Maintenance window opens. In the Description field, enter a name for the library. This field is required. Set up Service Package Configurations as needed. To save changes and close the window, select OK.
