By adding NextGen® PxP Portal enrollment workflow to AutoFlow Sequence, you can ensure that the patient is enrolled to NextGen® PxP Portal during check-in or check-out in NextGen® Enterprise PM. Add NextGen® PxP Portal Enrollment Workflow to the AutoFlow Sequence
You can add the NextGen® PxP Portal enrollment workflow to the AutoFlow Sequence so that practice users can send enrollment invitation email to patients during check-in or check-out in NextGen® Enterprise PM.. Log on to File Maintenance. Under Master Files, select PM > AutoFlow Sequences. The AutoFlow Sequences List window opens. In the AutoFlow Sequences list, double-click the AutoFlow Sequence you want to edit. The AutoFlow Sequence Information window opens. For more information about creating a new AutoFlow Sequence, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community and download the latest Practice Workflow Guide for NextGen® Enterprise PM . Select on the AutoFlow Sequence Information window. The AutoFlow Screen/Item Selection window opens.
