The top three checkboxes provide leading sentences for the documentation.
Selecting No changes satisfies documentation if there has been no change in the medical necessity for treatment since the patient’s last visit.
- Select Save & Close.
Your selections in the Medicare Clinical Impressions template are converted to prose in the Medical Necessity field.
