Apply a Quick Visit

You can use a Quick Visit to fill in portions of a template for a new visit. Open the Billable Visit template and expand the History panel. Click one of the QV buttons (QV1 – QV6). IORTSQV SP window for applying quick visits The available quick visits for that body part appear. Select the desired quick visit, and click OK. Save a Quick Visit for a Billable Visit

On the Billable Visit template, enter information in the History, Physical Exam, and Assessment and Plan panels. Click the floppy disk icon in the QuickPick tool bar. Quick visit for a billable visit Select a body part associated with that Quick Visit on the IORTSqv Sp window, and click OK. IORTSQV SP window Select the body part. The INF Default Save Multi template opens. INF Default Save Multi window This template displays all the templates accessed during the visit and puts a mark next to the templates on which information will be saved. Clear or check templates as needed. Use the scroll bar to scroll through the list. Enter a name for the Quick Visit in the Name field and add Comments as needed. Click Add. Click Close. Chief Complaint

Use this section to enter up to six chief complaints or reasons for the patient’s visit. The complaints entered here are pushed to the Billable Visit, Fracture Care, and NG Mobile templates. All chief complaints automatically populate fields in the HPI section on the Billable Visit template. For more information, refer to the Billable Visit section. Patient History

You can review, add, and update the patient histories. The History panel on the Billable Visit template enables you to select the visit type and review the diagnoses, histories, medications, allergies, and review of systems of a patient. You can also add or update the details of the history of present illness (HPI). The following grids are automatically filled with the data documented on the Intake template. You can add, edit, and remove the data as needed. Add a Chief Complaint

You can add up to six chief complaints. If the patient has complaints that were not captured on Intake, you can add them on Billable Visit. Click on a blank HPI # link. The first of a series of picklists opens. Select items in the picklists. Each selection opens the next picklist. Picklists for chief complaint When you have selected an item in the fourth picklist, or at any time that you click Close, the picklists close. To type a complaint, click the Free Text button. The IORTShpi Freetext Mr template opens. Chief complaint text Click any Chief Complaint field to add text to describe the complaint and click Save & Close.
