Document Manual Keratometry Findings

The data fields for Manual Keratometry appear in the Manual Ks section of the Keratometry panel. Enter findings for a manual Keratometry exam by following the steps to document an Auto-keratometry exam. Findings should be entered in the Manual Ks section. Parent topic: Keratometry Exam

Document Auto-Keratometry Findings

Click Add on the Lensometry/Refraction panel. Expand the Lensometry/Refraction panel. Data entry fields for Lensometry and Refraction appear In the Auto-Keratometry section, enter values for OD values (right eye), if appropriate. For each of the following, click the field to enter a value. If no value is needed, click OK. R1 R1 Axis R2 R2 Axis Average – The average of the values entered for R1 and R2 automatically calculates and appears in the field. CO size – Click the field and select the value for cornea size. PU size – Click the field and select the value for pupil size. If appropriate, repeat step 2 to enter OS values (left eye). Enter a brief comment in the Comments field. When you have finished, do one of the following: Click OK to save values to the exam grids and exit the template. Proceed to document the next exam. Parent topic: Keratometry Exam

Keratometry Exam

The Keratometry panel displays current encounter exam findings, as well as findings for the last five encounters, in separate grids for OD and OS on the Prelim Exam - OPH and Provider - OPH templates. keratometry panel data The Keratometry panel can be found on multiple templates, including.
