Scheduling Module
The Scheduling module subgroup in the System Administrator application enables users to access various Scheduling Administrator functions.

Appointment Reminders | NextGen® Enterprise PM | Enables users to access the Appointment Reminder Letter Maintenance window (in File Maintenance > Master Files > Practice > PM Appointment Reminders) to assign, un-assign, and preview letters by location, resource, practice, or event. |
Appointments | NextGen® Enterprise PM | Enables users to create and modify patient appointments. |
Categories | NextGen® Enterprise PM | Enables users to create and modify categories on the Categories tab of the Scheduling Administrator. |
Classes | NextGen® Enterprise PM | Enables users to create and modify classes on the Classes tab of the Scheduling Administrator. |
Event Chains | NextGen® Enterprise PM | Enables users to create and modify: Event chains on the Event Chains tab of the Scheduling Administrator. On-the-fly event chains, which are created while users are adding an appointment or using Appointment Search Ahead. |
Events | NextGen® Enterprise PM | Enables users to create and modify events on the Events tab of the Scheduling Administrator. |
Resources | NextGen® Enterprise PM | Enables users to create and modify resources on the Resources tab of the Scheduling Administrator. |
Templates | NextGen® Enterprise PM | Enables users to access the Weekly Templates and Daily Templates on the Templates tabs of the Scheduling Administrator. |
User Preferences | NextGen® Enterprise PM | Enables users to view, modify, and update: their own general User Preferences settings for scheduling in NextGen® Enterprise PM. If the Access Rights are cleared, users can view the User Preferences but cannot save changes to them. the Default User Prefs - Scheduling master file in File Maintenance. |
