Preference	Description
Adult Immunization Schedule	Includes the web link to the CDC site, which lists the Adult Immunization Schedule. If the CDC changes the web link, you can manually update this link.
Catch Up	Includes the web link to the CDC site, which lists the Immunizations Catch Up schedule. if the CDC changes the web link, you can manually update this link.
CDC NDC Crosswalk	Includes the web link to the CDC site, which lists the NDC Lookup Crosswalk (the lookup table where the Unit of Use and Unit of Sale NDC are mapped to each other).
CPOE Search API URL	Includes the web link to the Amazon Web Services™ (AWS) that performs the search operations for Computerized Physician Order Entry (CPOE) from the Order Search Bar in a patient's chart in NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
Disable Lab Signoff Security	This preference controls the Sign-Off security for test orders. To require a user to enter the password when signing off a completed test, selet False. If not password is needed to complete the sign-off, select True .
Lab Template XML/XSL Path	Sets the path where the Lab Category (group) should read the XML stylesheet from and where it should write the XML files to.
Maximum Panels To Read	Determines the maximum number of lab panels that can display at one time. The default is 1000.
Notify Lab Ordering Creator	Enables notification to the lab order creator of results.
Notify Lab Ordering Provider	Enables notification to the lab order provider of results.
Notify Logged In User	When set to True, workflow task notifications are sent to the user that is logged on.
Require Collection Date and Time	When this preference is set to True, the Collection Date/Time field on the Edit Test Result window becomes a required field and users must enter a value for it. When the preference is blank or set to False, the field is not required.
Travel Schedule	Includes the web link to the CDC site, which lists Immunizations information for travelers. If the CDC changes the web link, you can manually update this link.
Use Simple Lab Notification	Enables Simple Doc Notification in the Workflow module.
VAERS	Includes the web link to the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) site. If the web link is updated, you can manually update this link.
VIS Document Type Lookup	Includes the web link to the CDC site, which lists the VIS documents information, including the Document Type. If the CDC changes the web link, you can manually update this link.

System Administrator Settings for the Orders module

Setting up Rights and Preferences for the Immunizations Module

The System Administrator should work closely with the core team of the practice to ensure that appropriate rights, preferences, SAP® Crystal Reports®, other reports, and other tasks are set up for the user groups. The administrator needs to update the Setup when the business needs change for the practice. Some functions and preferences are same for the Immunizations module and the Orders module. Therefore, if you are using the Orders module, ensure that you set up the preferences for the Orders module before you set up the Immunizations module. Orders Summary Grid Columns

The following table lists the columns that may appear on the Orders Summary grid for Lab and Radiology orders based on the pre-defined or user-defined filter you select. Column Description Image Type Opens an icon indicating the order type. This column appears by default for all filters. Comments Contains a link to the associated comments in the Sign-off and Tracking Comments panel. Documents Contains a link to an associated document or image or URL in the Results panel for the specific order. Recurrence Opens an icon indicating a future or recurring order.
