Optical Management Module
The Optical Management module subgroup in the System Administrator application is used only if you are licensed for the NextGen® Optical Management application. This subgroup enables users to access the Integrated Equipment module, and add and delete the reports for NextGen® Optical Management devices.
The Optical Management module includes the following:
- Balance Control
 - Inventory Allocation
 - Inventory Load
 - Inventory Master
 - Inventory Purchase Order
 - Inventory Reconciliation
 - Inventory Return
 - Inventory Transfer
 - Inventory Write-Off
 - Orders
 - Patient Notes
 - Receive Lab Order
 - Reports
