The General module subgroup in the System Administrator application enables users to access various areas of a patient's chart. Subgroup Used in Description Client Defined NextGen® Enterprise PM Enables users to access the Client Defined tab within a patient's demographic information. Patient Status NextGen® Enterprise PM Enables users to access the Status tab within a patient's demographic information. Optical Management Module

The Optical Management module subgroup in the System Administrator application is used only if you are licensed for the NextGen® Optical Management application. This subgroup enables users to access the Integrated Equipment module, and add and delete the reports for NextGen® Optical Management devices. PM Chart Module

The PM Chart module subgroup in the System Administrator application enables users to access patient charts. When the Access Rights are removed, users cannot access the Chart toolbar button, the Lookup > Chart menu option, or the Tasks > Create Encounter menu option.
