Tasks Module

The Tasks module subgroup in the System Administrator application enables users to access Tasks within Worklog Manager that relate to a patient's account, appointment, chart, claim, encounter, or invoice. When users have this right assigned, the Tasks icon displays in the status bar of the NextGen® Enterprise PM window. You can select this icon to access the assigned tasks. You can also modify tasks from the patient chart in: Clinical/History Notes > Tasks node, by right-clicking an encounter on the Encounters tab, and by right-clicking an entry on the Financial tab. Marketing Plans Module

The Marketing Plans module subgroup in the System Administrator application enables users to modify marketing plans that are attached to appointments, encounters, and patient charts. The Marketing Plans module is used in NextGen® Enterprise PM. Note: Update is the only access right that this permission affects. However, regardless to how Update is set, users can always add marketing plans when none has been previously selected for an appointment, an encounter, or a patient chart. Letters/Statements Module

Subgroup Used in Description Letter Types NextGen® Enterprise PM Enables users to access Letter Types from the Edit menu in the Letters table (located in Master Files > Practice > PM) . NextGen® Enterprise PM User General Preferences Module

The PM User General Preferences module subgroup in the System Administrator application enables users to view, modify, and update: their own general User Preferences settings in NextGen® Enterprise PM. If the Access Rights are cleared, users can view the User Preferences but cannot save changes to them. the Default User Prefs - General master file in File Maintenance. Note: The right under Operations > Preferences > User controls whether the users can access the NextGen® Enterprise PM User Preferences. If the Operations right is turned off, then the NextGen® Enterprise PM menu item General (under PM > Admin menu > Preferences > User) is disabled. The Equipment module subgroup in the System Administrator application enables users to access the Real-time Transaction Server (purchased separately). Subgroup Used in Description Eligibility NextGen® Enterprise PM Used with the Real-time Transaction Server (purchased separately).
