Workflow User Enabled at One Location for Question
When workflow user is enabled at one location for question, patient does not receive any dropdown menu to select. Practice receives all messages for a question sent to the same workgroup and patients can not choose a specific provider or location, such as ‘Ask a Billing Question’
Setup:
- Manage Solutions for Personnel Types: Assign Billing Question to ‘Other’ Personnel Type
- Manage Location for Users: Assign appropriate locations to NextGen Admin user in ‘Other’ Personnel Type
- Manage Solutions for Users: Use defined filters to filter by Other, Billing Question Label, Locate NextGen Admin and Enable for one location
