The guardian receives an email indicating that their account is no longer linked to their dependent's account. The dependent's email address automatically changes to aged-out@nextgen.com. If the updated email is accepted in ReviewQ of the PxP Portal Integration Tool, the patient's email address changes to aged-out@nextgen.com in the patient's demographics in NextGen® Enterprise EHR and NextGen® Enterprise PM
If the Auto Invites for Patients option is enabled, the impacted patients are automatically invited to enroll as long as the updated the email address in the Modify Patient Information window.

You can also manually send the enrollment invitation to a patient who is now of age. After the patient completes the NextGen® PxP Portal enrollment, the status changes to Completed in NextGen® Enterprise EHR and NextGen® Enterprise PM.
