The enrollment status in NextGen® Enterprise EHR and NextGen® Enterprise PM changes from Completed to Not Enrolled, with a tooltip showing Aged Out.
You can update the patient's email address in the Modify Patient Information window. You can also update the patient's email address in Practice Portal and send the enrollment invitation to the patient who has reached the age of maturity. After the patient completes the enrollment, the status changes to Completed in NextGen® Enterprise EHR and NextGen® Enterprise PM.
