Automatic Patient Enrollment at the Enterprise Level

Scenario: Practice 1 and Practice 2 belong to Enterprise 1, and enterprise-level enrollment is set up for both practices. A patient visits Practice 1 and completes enrollment in NextGen® PxP Portal.

The patient visits Practice 2 and is automatically enrolled in NextGen® PxP Portal. The patient can use their credentials for Practice 1 to view information related to Practice 1 and Practice 2 under one NextGen® PxP Portal account.

Scenario: Practice 1, Practice 2, and Practice 3 belong to Enterprise 1. Enterprise-level enrollment is set up for Practice 1 and Practice 2, and practice level enrollment is set up for Practice 3. A patient visits Practice 1, and completes enrollment in NextGen® PxP Portal.

The patient visits Practice 2 and is automatically enrolled in NextGen® PxP Portal. The patient can use their credentials for Practice 1 to view information related to Practice 1 and Practice 2 under one the NextGen® PxP Portal account.

When visiting Practice 3, the patient receives an enrollment invitation email because Practice 3 is set up only for practice-level enrollment. To view their inforation related to Practice 3, the patient must enroll in NextGen® PxP Portal for Practice 3.
