If you are tracking a patient's progress, you can review the subjective findings from the patient's initial physical or occupational therapy evaluation.
- Open a patient record, and then in Encounter History, expand a case and select an encounter.
- Open the NTS Single Visit template.
- In the Subjective panel, select the Initial Eval Subjective link.
The Initial Eval Subjective window opens with the date and subjective comments from the patient’s initial evaluation.
