Copy Subjective Comments from a Screening to a PT/OT Single Visit
Before you begin
Record subjective comments for a patient in the NTS Screening template.
You can copy subjective comments from a patient screening to the subjective comments in the NTS Single Visit template. The text is appended to existing text in the field.
Open a patient record, and then in Encounter History, expand a case and select an encounter.
Open the NTS Single Visit template.
In the Subjective panel, select Get Screening to make the encounter, onset dates, and dates of injury available in the Past Screening Encounter Dates window.
Select an encounter date from the list, and then select OK.
The subjective comment from the encounter date is copied to the Subjective panel.
