Edit a Database Picklist
Some picklists in the workflow are configured in the Database Picklists section. This section has a grid of configured picklists on the left and a grid to view and manage value sets for the database picklists on the right. Database Picklists section with value sets Many database picklists are cascading – initial selections may prompt additional selections to refine the value. For this reason, these picklists are defined by multiple columns in the grid. For example, the Goal Type database picklist has Visit Type for the first column entries, and Goal Type in the second column, for goal types found on the visit types in the first column. You can use the Filter fields above the Values grid to filter the grid by entries in the first column.
