Enter Subjective Information

Select a template link from the left-hand list. Select as many options on the template as pertain to your patient’s history and injury. When you are finished, select Save & Close. The template entries are added to the Subjective grid. Parent topic: Subjective Grid

Patient Responsibilities

You can document the patient’s responsibilities and functional capabilities in their daily life and add any comments regarding restrictions of those capabilities. On the Function template, select the Patient Responsibilities link in the left pane or on the template at the lower right. The Patient Responsibilities template opens. Patient Responsibilities template Mark the checkboxes for all functions that the patient is responsible for. For any function not listed, mark one of the Other checkboxes, and then enter a description of the function in the text field beside it. To add any comments, enter them in the Comments field. Select Save & Close. You return to the Function template. If you have nothing more to document on the Function template, select Save & Close. All entries on the Function and Patient Responsibilities templates are shown under Function in the Subjective Grid. Parent topic: Subjective Grid

You can open these templates from the links in the left-hand list.
