Enter the Patient's Procedure Details
In the Patient's Past Appointment section, double-click the grid. The Procedures template opens. Search and select appropriate procedures and associated diagnosis. Select Add and close the template. Parent topic: Add a Patient Recall

Edit a Row in the Wounds and Incisions Grid
