Replacement Documents

If you have custom documents for specific financial categories or specific exams, you can configure the application to generate a replacement document based on the financial category of the visit. You can also configure the application to generate a different document based on a specific exam that has been completed for the encounter.

In the example below, on a typical Evaluation visit, the system generates the Medications document. However, if the financial class is Medicare, the system generates a replacement document called Patient Plan instead of the original document. If the financial class is WorkComp, and the AINF_PT_work comp_function exam was completed for the encounter, the system generates a document called work_status_report.
