Compare Exams with Multiview

You can compare current ROM and Strength findings measured today with findings from past visits. Select the Multi button below the Exams grid. A template opens to compare today’s visit measurements (first column) with two previous visits. If today’s visit is a Progress or DC visit, the system automatically pulls in the last two Progress visit data and the last Eval measurements into the next two columns. To change which encounters are shown, select the fields above the column headers, and then select other encounters. The visits that you select to display pull to the Office Note for comparison. If not configured to display Pre-, During and Post measurements, the Multiview does not display columns with those labels. Enter Multi-Test Comparisons

In exams where you can document ROM and Strength, you can also document multiple measurements for the same motion pertaining to before, during, and after treatment. The ability to multi-test is configured in the Practice Configuration practice template and can be turned off if it is not needed. If Multi-Test is turned on, Pre-Treatment, During-Treatment, and Post-Treatment options appear on the exam template. Pre-Treatment is selected by default. Note: Once anyone in the practice enters During-Treatment or Post-Treatment measurements, Multi-Test cannot be turned off. Testing/Other Template

Use the Testing/Other template to document Video Gait Analysis, Video Throwing Analysis, Testing/Other Treatments, and Wound Care. Testing/Other Treatment template When you complete entries, and then select Save & Close, the selected treatments from this template appear in the Treatment grid on the Single Visit template, broken out by type with the total time for each. Multi-View

The Multi-View displays the appointment schedule for multiple resources for a single day. This view displays the appointments that are already scheduled and time slots that are not yet scheduled on the selected day for resources in the selected multi-view group. You can select the Default multi-view group setting option in the Multi-View tab of the Appointment Scheduling Preferences window to determine the group of resources that displays when you open the Multi-View for the first time. You can use the Next Day and Previous Day buttons on the toolbar to move the calendar from one day to another. You can select the Change Multi-View Group button on the toolbar to change the multi-view group. The appointment schedules appear for all resources in the selected multi-view group. Assessment and Plan Panel- NBV Multiple FX

The Assessment and Plan panel on the NBV Multiple Fractures template enables provider to document a post-op visit for the initial fracture care procedures, the plan, verbal counseling, and next visit information. The system moves the diagnoses to the Fracture 1, Fracture 2, Fracture 3 fields in the order they are selected in the Diagnosis grid.
