Enable or Disable FOTO for an Individual Location
On the
NTS Practice Config
practice template, go to the
Single Visit
section.
In the
Single Visit
section, go to the FOTO grid.
Select the practice location that you want to enable or disable FOTO for.
To enable FOTO, select the
On
checkbox, enter the
FOTO ID
, and then select
Update
.
To disable FOTO, clear the
On
checkbox, and select
Update
.

Enable or Disable FOTO for All Locations
On the NTS Practice Config practice template, go to the Single Visit section. To enable FOTO for all the locations of your practice, select Enable All. The Status is set to On for all locations of your practice. To disable FOTO for all the locations of your practice, select Disable All. The Status is set to Off for all locations of your practice. FOTO Integration
You can control the FOTO integration for locations of your practice from the Single Visit section of the NTS Practice Config practice template. You must contact FOTO to get your API key and attach it to specific locations in this grid. You must also use the FOTO/Connected Health URL field. This API Integration requires that you manually add your patient to the FOTO website and enter the NextGen Healthcare case number in the External ID field on the FOTO website or app. FOTO section in the Single Visit section of the Practice Config template You can perform the following FOTO settings: Enable or disable FOTO for all locations. Enable or disable FOTO for individual locations. Note: To integrate the connected health instance with FOTO, you can enter the Connected Health URL http://72.1.114.243:9002/? in the FOTO URL field. Retrieve the FOTO Scores and Documents in the Encounter
Before you begin FOTO must be configured in the Single Visit section of the NTS Practice Config practice template. From the Single Visit template, expand the Plan panel. Get FOTO button on the Plan panel Select Get FOTO. The FOTO score and test name appear in the Screening Tool grid and the documents are attached to the encounter. Parent topic: Screening Grid

Open the Practice Configuration Template
Open the NTS Practice Config practice template from the Specialty Config Home system template so you can configure settings and preferences for your practice. From the File menu, select System \ Practice Template. The Select Template window opens. From the Show section, select All. On the System tab, select Specialty Config Home, and then select OK. The Specialty Config Home template opens. In the System Sidebar, select Practice Config. The NTS Practice Config practice template opens. Parent topic: Practice Configuration

Configure the IMO Diagnosis Template
