You can only delete a goal from the encounter it was created on. If a client used a QuickPick to add goals, any goals in that QuickPick that do not apply to the patient can be deleted.
- Open the NTS Therapy Goals template.
- Do one of the following:
- To delete a single goal, select the goal in the Goals grid, and then select Delete.
- To remove all goals added in this encounter, select the Eraser button on the toolbar.
Note: If you attempt to delete a goal that was created in a previous encounter, an alert notifies you and includes the encounter date that the goal was created on.
