You can select a status to assign to all active goals that have not yet been updated for the current encounter. The status will also update for goals that expire in current encounter and goals that expired after the last encounter. You can only perform this action once on any encounter date.
Note: Active goals are goals that are not expired or any goal that has not been marked as Has met goal. Marking a goal with the status of Has met goal means the patient has met that goal and the therapist is done working on it. If a goal has the status of Has met goal or New problem – goal met, the system stops tracking the goal after that encounter, and the therapist will not be alerted to update that goal again when it expires or has expired.
