PT/OT Aquatherapy

This setting only applies to the fields on the Aquatherapy template. If this setting is Enabled, a picklist opens when you select the Item field to enter an exercise. Archive Goals

Legacy Picklist Functionality

Goals

The Goals grid displays data entered on the Therapy Goal template. You must enter at least one goal on an Eval visit to be able to submit charges. There will be a hard stop on the Fee Sheet if a patient does not have any active goals. You must update at least one goal on a Re-Eval or Progress visit. Goals grid Open the Therapy Goal Template Add Therapy Goals Manually Sort Goals You can change the order of the goals listed in the grid. Update a Goal You can change the content of any goal, including expired goals. Assign the Same Status to All Active Goals Select a status to assign to all active goals that have not yet been updated for the current encounter Archive Goals Archive active goals. View Archived Goals Adjust the grid filter so you can see the archive grids in the Goals grid. Restore an Archived Goal Restore a goal from the same encounter that it was archived in.
