for this setting, the primary method of entering goals is to select them from picklists.
If you do not want to use picklists at all, set this to
Disabled
and the only option to input goals will be to type them in.

PT/OT Aquatherapy
This setting only applies to the fields on the Aquatherapy template. If this setting is Enabled, a picklist opens when you select the Item field to enter an exercise. Archive Goals

Confirm Expiring Goals

Add Therapy Goals Manually
You can manually add each goal. Note: Alternatively, you can quickly add standard goals by using QuickPicks. See QuickPicks. If you do not want to use picklists to enter goal details, you can turn them off in the Practice Config practice template in the Legacy Picklist Functionality setting of the Goals panel. Open the NTS Therapy Goals template. Enter all the details that are required for saving the goal: In the Type field, select the type of goal. Enter the Goal and Function. Enter the total number of weeks the patient is expected to achieve the goal. If necessary, in Response to Treatment, document the patient’s treatment response for the goal. For example, you could enter the treatment response as the percentage of goal completion. In Status, you can select the status of the goal or leave the field blank. For example, you can capture the patient’s current status towards achieving the goal or the status when the patient was initially transferred mid-treatment to the practice. To sav
