You can change the display order of the items in the side navigation.
Select the Category and Visit Set

Select an item in the grid.
Use the up or down arrows on the right side of the grid to reposition it.

Sub-Category Template Links
If you have templates that you want to add to the navigation that are related to another template such as Special Test, you can add them by using the Sub-Category Nav Menu grid. Select the Category and Visit Set Select a template in the left grid that you want to add the sub-category templates to. Enter the display name for the sub-category in the left-hand field below the Sub-Category grid. Select the right-hand field below the Sub-Category Nav Menu grid, and then select the template. Selecting a Sub-Category template on the Side Navigation panel Select the Add/Update button to save the entry to the grid. Add Custom Templates
You can add custom-built templates by selecting the fields below the left-hand grid. Select the Category and Visit Set that you want to add your custom template to. Select the field below the Display Name column of the left-hand grid, and then enter a display name. Select the field below the Link To / Template Name column, and then select the template. Select the Add/Update button to save the entry to the grid. You can now open that template from side navigation on Single Visit. Note: Information documented on custom templates does not pull to the grid on Single Visit, nor is it visible on the Office Note document (you must add a custom macro to the legal medical record if you want the information to appear on the Office Note). Select the Category and Visit Set
Select the Category field. A picklist of side navigation categories opens. Select a category, and then select OK. Select the Visit Set field, and then select a visit set from the picklist. Selecting the asterisk (*) for Visit Set applies the sidebar to all visit sets. Note: Selecting Occupational applies the changes to the OT visit types; selecting Physical applies the changes to the PT visit types, and so on. The grid below the Category and Visit Set fields displays the left-hand navigation list for the selected category and visit set. Change Exam Display Order
You can change the order in which the exams display in the side navigation pane. On the Specialty Nav Config system template, expand the Side Navigation panel. Open a Category and select a Menu Group to which desired template belongs. All the templates associated with the selected category and menu group appear in the below grid. Change Top Bar Tab Order
Change Top Bar Tab Order Change Top Bar Tab Order You can change the order of the tabs that appear in the gray navigation bar. The numbers above the fields below the grid indicate the order, left to right. Select the Visit Type or the template line in the grid. Change Exam Display Order
You can change the order the exams display in the provider’s custom navigation pane. On the Specialty Nav Config system template, expand the Provider Custom Sidebar panel.
