You can add custom-built templates by selecting the fields below the left-hand grid.
- Select the Category and Visit Set that you want to add your custom template to.
- Select the field below the Display Name column of the left-hand grid, and then enter a display name.
- Select the field below the Link To / Template Name column, and then select the template.
- Select the Add/Update button to save the entry to the grid.
You can now open that template from side navigation on
Single Visit.
Note: Information documented on custom templates does not pull to the grid on Single Visit, nor is it visible on the Office Note document (you must add a custom macro to the legal medical record if you want the information to appear on the Office Note).
