Add Additional Reasons for Visit Not Listed

  1. Select the Additional/Manage link below the Other field in the left-side navigation.
    The Reason for Visit window opens.

  2. Select the reasons from the list on the left. As you select reasons, they enter the fields to the right.
  3. For any reasons that you want to follow up on, select the Follow up checkbox above the field for the reason.
  4. Select Save & Close.
    The Reason for visit or HPI appears in the grid.
