Search for a Diagnosis Code on the Common Assessments Template

If you do not see the diagnosis you need on the Common Assessments template, you can search for it. Select the Search field, and then enter the code or a word or words that describe the condition. Select Search. A search window opens with all codes related to your entry. Inf Common Assessment template Select the diagnosis code, and then select OK to add it to the Treating grid on the Common Assessments template. Select Save & Close. Add a Treating Diagnosis

You can add additional treating diagnosis using IMO or Common assessment templates. The following steps describe adding treating diagnosis codes using the Common Assessments templates. Note: If your practice is licensed for Problem Intelligent Medical Objects (IMO) functionality, select the Problem IT button under the grid to open IMO to add assessments. Select Add. The Inf Common Assessment window opens. Select the Common Assessments field to select the diagnosis codes page you want to use, and then select OK. The selected page opens. Headers and categories are in bold font. Items showing a code pull directly to the history. Items with a plus sign open picklists to select a more specific diagnosis code. Inf Common Assessment template Select one or more diagnosis codes. The codes you select appear in the Treating grid at the lower left. Select Save & Close. As you review the ordering diagnoses for a therapy patient, the diagnosis you want to apply may not be listed. If the ordering diagnoses do not meet therapy treatment needs, you can add a different treating diagnosis. Note: You can also add treating diagnoses by using Problem Intelligent Medical Objects (IMO). If your practice is licensed for IMO, select the Problem IT button under the grid to open IMO to add assessments. Follow the documentation provided by IMO documentation to use IMO to add assessments. Under Treating Dx, select Add. The Inf Common Assessment window opens. Select the Common Assessments field to open a picklist, select the diagnosis codes page you want to use, and then select OK. Add an Ordering Diagnosis

You can add additional diagnoses using the Common Assessments pages. Note: If your practice is licensed for Problem Intelligent Medical Objects (IMO) functionality, select the Problem (IT) PLUS IMO button under the grid to open IMO to add assessments. The IMO button is initially set up in the Practice Configuration practice template. Add the Patient's Diagnoses

You can add a diagnosis to the grid in either of two ways. If you are licensed for Problem Intelligent Medical Objects (IMO) functionality, click the Problem IT button under the grid to launch IMO to add a diagnosis. To use the Inf Common Assessment template, click the Add button under the Diagnosis grid. Select Orthopedic to add an orthopedic-specific diagnosis or the Medical option for all other diagnoses. Click Add under the Diagnosis grid. The Inf Common Assessment template opens. If the template is blank or you want to use a different common assessment, click the Common Assessments field, select a page from the picklist and click OK.
