Specifying a Sender When Sending or Replying to Messages
When responding to a message you accepted, if you want all users in the distribution list to continue to receive subsequent responses, ensure that the relevant distribution list is selected in the From field. Use the information provided in the following table to select an appropriate sender when sending or replying to messages.
