Export Documents and Images from Encounters to the Portal

Before you begin You must add the required documents and images to a patient's chart. The documents and images that are added to the patient's encounter include items, such as: Emails Growth charts Local files Patient Education Materials You can also send NextGen® Document Management images, and SAP Crystal Reports as attachments in communication messages. For more information on NextGen® Enterprise EHR documents, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community and download the latest the Layout and Preferences Guide for NextGen® Enterprise EHR.CAUTION: If the size exceeds the limit, a message lists the documents that exceeding 15 MB. These documents are not sent to the NextGen® PxP Portal. In System Administrator, you can set the size limit for documents that are sent to NextGen® PxP Portal.
